·   Successfully created project tracker and customer approved day MOP that significantly reduced site down time and reduced costs.

·   Hands on design and installation of DAS including performance issues, contract review / negations with property management and final project documentation. Created and maintained property contacts.

·   Acted as liaison between ATC, Crown Castle etc. and property representatives to overcome issues.

·   Successfully completed 230 carrier upgrade engineering audits resulting in a accurate designs and a reduction of costs.

·   Completed close out documentation and mentored other PM's with customer and technology related issues.
